we all know how hard it can be to find a doctor or specialist these days who is still willing to see a patient on workcover, given the endless bureaucracy, harassment, underpayment and associated, ahum, un-pleasantries!

  1. Does anyone have feedback regarding cease payments at 65 from Workcover and is it worth going to concilliation?

    • One could argue that retirement age is now ? 70. My ex is approaching 65 and his legal team will be pushing for an extension of payment to retirement age.
