   In order to put a stop to the workers compensation changes the Federal Labour Government needs to step in.
   • Employment / Working is a national concern the Government raises revenue through Taxes.
   • Work Place Health And Safety is also a National concern
   • Safe work Australia is An independent statutory agency responsible to improve occupational health and safety and workers’ compensation arrangements across Australia
   • Disability is a National concern
   • Fair work Australia is governed Federally
   • Once you are thrown out on your arse due to O’Farrell you become a national concern, unemployed and on a pension, the Commonwealth as with all the above Foots the Bill.

   The solution is that: We all come under the federal umbrella.

   • The Federal Government should take over the Workers Compensation System in every State and Territory.
   • The State Governments and Territory’s then need to pay the Federal Governments for administering the workers comp system.
   • Every person then comes under one system and is treated the same.
   • Employers and Insurers who do not comply with the Legislation are Fined
   • Employers and Insurers who cause more injury/ secondary injury are Fined
